Motor Groups
Social
Motor Groups facilitate movement challenges intended to promote
peer interaction, motor planning, and attention to task. In addition,
other critical skills are addressed, including problem-solving,
bilateral integration, dynamic balance, frustration tolerance, following
directions, impulsivity management, and expressive language. Social
Motor Groups are designed to encourage team collaboration

negotiation and cooperation. Success in a Social Motor Group is
measured by the childrens capacity to follow the rules and
expectations that they themselves create, as well as their ability
